Flight Log - 2024-08-11 - Bill Eichelberger's Estes - Yellow Star Crayon

An RTF bird that little kids will enjoy.  Decent performer and a great choice for a first rocket due to it being ready to fly almost immediately upon opening the package.  Surprisingly decent length of elastic, but it's likely to fail after only a few flights.

Perfect first flight of the day and turned out to be the only one. Topped out around 303' and popped the chute as it tipped into the sun. Recovered up by my car on the sidewalk under WAY too much chute. Definitely a candidate for a 12" chute the next time.

Actual Altitude: 303 Feet
