I decided to retrofit a Rocektarium 24mm motor retainer, so I removed the bottom 1/4" of the tail cone to expose the motor tube. I was able to fit the retainer on the exposed motor tube with some sanding. Now I can use 24mm and 18mm (with Rocketarium adapter) RMS motors in the Arapahoe.
