Designed specifically for the NAR B Cluster Altitude event.  This was  a ”qualified flight” mode, not expected to be competitive.  Designed around an 18” BT-70 body tube with a 5x18mm cluster motor mount and a 4.25 inch rounded olive balsa nose cone.  The design was not stable according to RocSim so the nose cone was modified to accept some ballast weight in the form of a large heavy screw eye.  vent Holes were drilled in the body tube to provide good ambient air pressure to the altimeter.
