Using my 3D printer, I printed the nose cone and fin can from a file on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2840419).

Added:

  • Kevlar thread shock cord
  • 12" Parachute

No motor retainer so the motor needed some masking tape on the backend to keep it in place.

 

Note: On the maiden flight, the fin can deformed due to motor heat. You may need to extend the motor 1.5 cm from the end to reduce melting or print in ABS/PETG.
