Flight Log - 2010-10-09 - Bernard Cawley's Athena PL
Estes Athena RTF modified to have a short payload section without an increase in overall length. Used coupler and ply disk from payload section option of the BMS School Rocket. Three static ports in base of payload section.

Starting to rain again. Good boost. Deploy a bit late and with some force. 'Chute opened partially - burnt shrouds and some canopy meltage. Near landing with no further damage (wet grass).
