Shop @ RocketReviewsBMS Astron Drifter Model Rocket KitThis is a clone kit (parts only) for the Estes Astron Drifter (#K-14). The Astron Drifter first appeared in the 1964 Estes catalog. Estes continued to produce the Drifter through 1979. The rocket was designed to compete in parachute duration events. Estes's version of the rocket came with two chutes. A large 24-inch parachute which could be used for competition and a smaller 12-inch chute for casual flying.
BMS has improved the kit with laser-cut fins. A parachute is not included.
