Flew southwest uover our heads, but rocket visible throughout flight.  Rocket could be seen spinning rapidly as it ascended.  Parachute deployed and partially opened.  Made a flapping sound as wind blew rocket northeast over the launch pad.  Rocket landed about 5 yards north of the launch site.  Daniel recovered.  No damage to the rocket despite landing on blacktop.
