Class 2 Launch under FAA Waiver and NOTAM. Don't launch rockets into clouds! The overcast cloud deck pictured is above 3,800' AGL per METARs reports for 2 nearest airports, which was 1,500' above the anticipated (and actual) flight. Canvas phenolic air frame from MAC Performance.
