2nd attempt at Level 1 certification with this rocket. I made some changes and reinforced the foreward centering ring when i replaced it. I also screewed the nose cone in place. Flight was straight up with no weather cocking, chute deployed right on time. Given the wind I had cut on opening in the top of the chute in order to make recovery easier. Whole thing landed .25 miles down wind in one piece. L1 acheived. I think next flight I would like to go with an I motor.
