Shop @ RocketReviewsDFR Technologies Delta IV Medium 4 + 2 Model Rocket Kit DFR's kit is an approximate 1/124th scale of the United Launch Alliance (ULA) Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV). The Delta IV is one of the two United States EELV boosters designed to launch a variety of small to large spacecraft into Low/Medium Earth Orbit, Geosynchronous Orbit, and planetary trajectories. The Delta IV's first flight was on November 20, 2002 and launches from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida and Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.
This kit of the Delta IV Medium 4+2 configuration has two boosters that can be powered with 13mm plugged motors. Clear acrylic fins are almost invisible during flight.
This is a kit for the experienced builder. Adhesive wraps are provided as an option to simulate some of the smaller external details and the foam on the fuel tanks. ASINsRaw:
