Flight Log - 2012-03-03 - Hans "Chris" Michielssen's Carded Thor Able
A Eric Truax and Niels Knudsen design.
I mounted a BT-5 through the middle. The nozzle wasn't tapered cardstock, but was 1/2" of the BT-5 out the back end.
Lots of small detail built up from cardstock, surprisingly sturdy. Clay nose weight was added and the fins were enlarged.
Streamer recovery.

While it tried it's best ro go vertical, it was marginally stable. No real damage on recovery.
