This Quest X-15 is powered with a B6-4 on this flight. Note the home-made, all-in-one launcher with batteries, tripple redundant relays, and knob adjustment for tilting, and a 4' rod.  It attaches to a tripod so prepping for flight doesn't hurt the knees.
