Biography:
I was into low power rocketry when i was a kid and I am getting back into it 20 years later.
First flight for this rocket and I was nervous because I didnt want to damage it as it took some time to build. That said it flew amazing, and was a text book launch and recovery! The super C5-3 really does a good job propelling this rocket. - C5-3 - Mirror Lake AK [More]
First flight of the day was good but the nose cone and parachute failed to eject and the rocket was a lawn dart. Fortunately there was about 6" of snow on the lake and it was recovered with out damage. Second flight was perfect with parachute deploying but the motor did not eject from the rocket. ... [More]

On the 1/2A6-2 it really zooms and without the tracking smoke it would be hard to find/recover. Also as its a ... [More]
Beautiful day with light winds, perfect launch and recovery on the A8-3. Still trying to find some B4-4 for next launch, hopefully before the lakes thaw. - A8-3 - Mirror Lake AK [More]
