Flight Log - 2019-08-03 - Matthew Bond's Rocketarium Octagon
An 18mm saucer design with the frame built up around the central motor tube from 7 laser cut light plywood parts and the covering formed from interlocking cardstock panels. The cardstock is plain white allowing for any possible decoration scheme. The flight profile is low altitude, high drag, for a fun, close to the pad flight.

Nice low, slow, smokey high drag boost, arcing over a bit at the top, then tumbling gentle back to the grass, no damage.
