PML Phobos on Congreve 180H60 Firestarter (2012-01-24)

Flight ID 74 on 18th July 2004 Ejection charge igniter causing Roman Candle (burning the shock cord through), payload bay and nose cone dropped to the ground, airframe then went unstable but recovered to fly off into the distance to do a core sample.
