Brief
This is a single stage, easy to build rocket. It is a big rocket that files on E through G motors.
Construction
All of the parts were there and in good condition. They were made out of high quality cardboard and plastics. The instructions were easy to follow and the assembly order was easy. It all fit well and was a snap. My only problem with it was that it was too easy to build. I finished it in no time at all, and the fun of building was over! The through-the-tube fin lock system was very strong. All parts are pre-cut.
The rocket has 4 pre-cut plastic fins. There are 2, 4cm long launch lugs that are square and plastic. Two tubes made up the rocket, one was slotted for the fins. The instructions had very good illustrations of every step.
Finishing
Easy to finish. The paint stuck to the body tube without a problem. It came with decals but I decided not to use them. They were peel-n-stick decals.

Flight
Don't use the smallest motors too often, because it will give you a sinking feeling that the shoot will not open soon enough. Has a cooling mesh (no wadding needed), so you don't have to worry about your shoot. The motors fit right in with a retaining clip. Perfect flights with no problems!
I flew it on a E with 5 second and a G with 7 second delays. I have flown it twice, so far.
Recovery
Very strong chute and shock cord, very well mounted. No burning or damage and it seemed to fall at a good speed.
The shock cord is black, stretchy, and thick(er) elastic. It is about 6 feet long. It mounts above the motor mount, above the cooling mesh. The parachute is 10 inches wide.

Summary
The kit is very easy to build, and will not take much time. It looks good when finished and fly's well. It is not a performance rocket, because it is quite long. Nice liftoffs.

A single-stage, E-G powered kit with parachute recovery. The kit included a nose cone, two 1.9" body tubes, a tube coupler, shock cord, three fins, two launch lugs and the whole motor mount system. The instructions were pretty easy to follow, as are the other Aerotech kits I have built (Arcas and Initiator). If you complete the kit per instructions, there shouldn't be any real hassles. The ...
