MASA "Prang" Award

This entry is a shirt that is given to the winner of the Minnesota Amateur Spacemodeler Association (MASA) annual PRANG Award winner.  On the front, a drawing of a rocket taking off is shown with the words "As a matter of fact..."  The back of the shirt is as shown in the accompanying picture.

This entry has successfully flown at our clubs annual Christmas/Awards party.  Construction is freehand by use of permanent markers on a standard white t-shirt.

Since the theme of this contest is something completely different, I hereby request from judges 1 through 4 (He's referring to Mdmes Gilliam, Palin, Cleese, and Jones - ed.) a waiver to Rules 3 and 4 that the entry be a rocket.
